Substitution Policy
At times, it may be necessary to make substitutions in order to create your bouquet. This is typically due to the availability of certain flowers in different parts of the country. Rest assured, we take extra care to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In the case of single-flower arrangements, such as an all-rose bouquet, we will make every effort to match the flower type, but there may be occasions where a substitution of color is necessary.
