Delivery Areas
- We offer delivery to the following areas in the DFW area: Rockwall, Heath, Forney, Heartland, Sunnyvale, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Wylie, Sachse, Lavon, Royse City, and Fate We also deliver to the following funeral homes: Resthaven Rockwall, Resthaven Royse City, Resthaven Rowlett, New Hope Funeral Home, Charles Smith Lavon, Charles Smith Wylie, Anderson Clayton Funeral Home, Max Slayton Funeral Home, Laurel Oaks Balch Springs Funeral Home, Grove Hill Funeral Home, Restland Funeral Home, Williams Funeral Directors.
- Please contact us for deliveries outside our standard delivery area to inquire about availability and potential additional fees.
Delivery Times
- We offer delivery during the following hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday – Friday and before Noon on Saturday local time.
- We will make every effort to fulfill specific delivery time requests, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- During peak holiday periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your order in advance during these times.
Delivery Fees
- A delivery fee will be added to each order.
- Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location.
- Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas.
Delivery Procedures
- We will make every effort to deliver the flowers directly to the recipient.
- If the recipient is not available, we will:
- Leave the flowers in a safe place at the delivery address (if deemed safe by the delivery driver).
- Leave the flowers with a neighbor.
- Leave a delivery notification with instructions for the recipient to contact us.
- Contact the customer to organize a redelivery.
- For deliveries to businesses, hospitals, and schools, we will deliver to the reception or mailroom, as per the facility’s policy.
- For funeral home deliveries, we will coordinate with the funeral home to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a delivery attempt is made to an incorrect address, an additional delivery fee may apply for redelivery.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather). We will communicate any significant delays to the customer.
- Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses the delivery, we will contact the customer to discuss options.
Holiday Deliveries
- During major holidays, we recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivery times may be extended during holiday periods.
- We will make every attempt to provide deliveries on the requested date.
